I have never been so scared in my life. Some of the places on his list were places I felt I could never visit. I was scared of the stereotype, the negative media, the different cultures, and the language barrier. The city of Cairo is hectic, overwhelming, and scary. I had this fear that at any moment a bomb would go off or people would come out shooting at us. Why? I have no idea.
